Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy All our sales are final, if any quality issues arise within 30 days of purchase, our store will support to mitigate the issue.

 

Within the 30 days of purchase, please get in touch with the store if there are any quality issues or concerns.

 

After 30 days, please contact CPS for service.

 

When initialing a claim, please have the following information ready:

1. Warranty#, which can be found on the top right corner of the warranty sticker

2. Invoice/Receipt from the store as Proof of Purchase

3. S/N, which is the KW# on the machine, or other unique numbers as the store told. Please don’t damage the sticker with KW#.

 

Each service request is subject to a $99 deductible. And service includes parts, service, and labor.

 

Warranty exceptions are found in the pamphlet. Please read it carefully to understand the benefits.

 

Our store is not responsible for issues stated in warranty exceptions.
